By agreeing to the terms you acknowledge and understand the following conditions and expectations:
1.) Photos will be taken of the property in AS-IS condition upon arrival and the photographer is not responsible for moving furniture, personal items, staging, or preparing the home for the photos. Please move anything you do not want in the photos before scheduled time. Virtual removal of an item in a photo will be considered for an additional fee of $10 per item virtually edited out.
2.) Photos will be taken of both the exterior and interior of the property, including all rooms unless instructed otherwise. If the property is part of a condominium or homeowners association and the client wants photos of the lobby, club house, public pool, park or any other feature that is not within then property lines themselves, the client is expected to notify Koala Captures LLC with instructions to include photos of these items.
3.) We will begin taking the photos at the scheduled appointment time and expect the property to be ready at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
4.) If the weather conditions are not stable enough for our equipment, exterior photos and aerial photography with the drone will be rescheduled. Weather conditions include but are not limited to rain, snow and wind.
5.) The photos will be delivered via Google Drive to the client within 48 hours of the end of the scheduled appointment unless client request same day delivery. The photos must be downloaded from google drive within 7 days of receipt. The photos will be removed from the google drive 7 days after the client receives them.
6.) If the you is not satisfied with the photos they can request 1 free re-edit from Koala Captures LLC to adjust the brightness, exposure, highlights and other basic editing features.
7.) Koala Captures LLC retains rights to keep copies of photos taken of properties. Any photos contracted through koala captures may be used for advertisement purposes of the company and we maintain rights to use them as we wish.
